I took Dante back to the transportation park today. Last time we went, he couldn't ride the one-person pedal go-kart because he was five. This time we learned that the rule isn't being 6-years-old, it's being in elementary school.
He was very disappointed he still couldn't ride. The park is set up with a road to drive on that has real traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, stop signs, etc. We told him it was for learning to drive, and he said this morning he was going to get his driver's license. I let him steer the family go-kart, but it just wasn't the same.
